I had a wonderful dining experience at W Hotel’s buffet. The food selection was impressive, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Kevin. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His warm hospitality really elevated the experience — thank you, Kevin, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Pros: Staff were v helpful esp concierge and guys at main door hailing cabs and giving directions /translation to cab drivers Housekeeping good clean. Reception friendly helpful Cons: Hotel bathrooms bit old . Tiles changing color - shower Doors heavy . Lighting in room too dim in daytime cos night curtains have to be down all the time as windows facing other buildings .
