Cons: Arrived late at night in the dark with my young family, had messaged owner in advance who said late arrival was no problem and that they would meet us. Was unable to find the property, not lit, no signage, area felt unsafe, tried to call host with no response and had to go back to he airport to spend the night there. On getting signal back in airport the host has sent self check in instructions, which I don't think would have helped much and even a message to say I'd arrived, so had clearly seen us looking unsuccessfully for the door but not assisted or answered their phone.
