Hotels for Toronto Christmas Market (Distillery Winter Village) 2026

The market takes over the Distillery Historic District, 13 acres on Toronto's lower east side with more than forty heritage buildings, described as the largest collection of Victorian-era industrial architecture in North America. Most of the district is pedestrian, with Trinity Street as its main square.

Expect carollers, Santa's Village, an Immersive Nutcracker, local artisan vendors and festive food and drink, with the tree lighting on opening night. Tickets are needed on opening night, on Friday to Sunday evenings and daily in the last fortnight before New Year, while Monday to Wednesday before mid-December is free. The district is a short walk from Union Station and the King and Queen streetcar lines.
