A centrally located hotel with exceptionally good service
Pros: The service was truly exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful staff who assisted with luggage and were always eager to fulfill every wish. The breakfast was also very good with a wide selection. The rooms were not very spacious but had everything needed for a city tour. The location between Gloucester and South Kensington stations was perfect, the train ran directly from Heathrow and it was a quick walk to Hyde Park Cons: There was no power outlet in the bathroom, but that's nitpicking at a high level 😉

Great Stay & Excellent Service from Simar!
My husband and I really enjoyed our recent stay here. A special thanks goes to Simar, who made our breakfast experience wonderful. Even though it was a very busy Saturday morning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and had a great smile the entire time. Her positive attitude despite the rush stood out to us. Thank you, Simar, for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.
