Pros: The staff at the reception are really caring and enthusiastic and the location is awesome Cons: The room facility is not satisfying, a little bit clogged in the toilet, the faucet is moving
Pros: The staff at the reception are really caring and enthusiastic and the location is awesome Cons: The room facility is not satisfying, a little bit clogged in the toilet, the faucet is moving. BUT the most annoying thing is how the staff cleaned the room, the staff can never see what I really need unless I drop a note. And staff threw away the things I need, I was very disappointed every time I got back room

I just arrived, and so far, so good! Great welcome from Jonathan at the front desk after a long travel day. He genuinely made us feel welcome and took the time to explain where everything is, including the breakfast hours. The location is also very convenient for Midtown.
