Cons: Unfortunately, my stay at Mica Point City Centre Apartment was disappointing. On arrival, the apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned, apart from the bed linen. I found visible dirt, dust, marks and grease in several areas, particularly around the cooker and extractor hood.
There were also numerous maintenance and condition issues, including damaged and worn window surrounds, uneven and worn blinds, marked kitchen cupboards, chipped and worn fixtures, and signs of deterioration in the bathroom. Most concerningly, the bathr

Dreadful.The apartment advertised on booking.com was not the apartment we were asked to stay in.The apartment was dirty

Cons: It’s was filthy,was unable to stay due to condition of apartment. Had to book alternative accommodation and I am still waiting on refund from booking.com/property

Could be better
Pros: Very good location. Easy walk into the center. Good information about how to access property and where to leave keys.
Cons: In poor condition, no plugs in any sinks.
Furniture old and damaged. Flooring in poor condition.
Mattress needs replacing and soft and sunken.
The WiFi code was incorrect. We found the correct code on the router.
