Pros: Clean room, in the middle of Manhattan Cons: I paid for 4 nights in a room with a kitchen. However, when I arrived, I was told that the room was unavailable and that I would be able to move into it the next day. So they placed me in a smaller room, and I had to check out and check in again.

Pros: just outside the square, easy use, valet, room felt personal and comfortable despite it being smaller in size. bathroom was clean and modern. The staff was outstanding, super helpful and very friendly! this hotel was worlds above the Hilton Times Square that I stayed in the night after (and it was a quarter of the price!!!) Cons: n/a
