Hotels in Le Blanc-Mesnil

Le Blanc-Mesnil is a working residential suburb in Seine-Saint-Denis, north-east of Paris, and nobody comes here for the town itself. It's a place of post-war housing estates, low-rise neighbourhoods and commuter traffic, and its appeal for visitors is almost entirely logistical. It sits between Le Bourget, home to the business airport, the Air and Space Museum and the biennial Paris Air Show, and Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG), which makes it practical for early flights, trade-fair visits or a cheaper bed on a tight itinerary.

There is little to see or do in the evenings, the area has an unglamorous reputation, and the six hotels in our catalog are functional rather than characterful. Central Paris, with the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Champs-Élysées and Bastille, is reachable by RER B, but the journey is long enough that sightseers are usually better off staying in the city. Stay near the RER B station or the main roads toward Le Bourget for the easiest connections to both the airports and Paris.
