Pros: Great location Cons: Heater didn’t work staff were going to have us move rooms but that wasn’t heating up also. After 4 hours it started to work. Ridiculous

Great for a Short stay.
Pros: The spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet room. The staff were great. Cons: Kingsl Way.

Great location, friendly staff, nice apartments
Pros: Location, the cafe, apartment and staff Cons: The shower’s hot water system really isn’t great and I had this issue the last time I stayed - this really needs to be looked at for future guests

Very clean and comfortable stay with great facilities, but parking was expensive.
Pros: Cleanliness of the room and bathroom is always my priority, especially for my partner, and we were not disappointed. Everything was very clean, with no signs of previous guests. The beds were also very comfortable, not necessarily top of the range, but we slept like babies and had a great night’s sleep. We were very happy with the overall cleanliness. The apartment also had kitchen and laundry facilities, which we liked. We didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool, but we went to the rooftop and it seemed great. Cons: The couch had a few spots, but we didn’t really have time to use it,
