Hotels in San Sebastián de los Reyes

San Sebastián de los Reyes is a mid-sized commuter town on Madrid's northern edge, better known locally for its bull-running festival each August than for anything a visitor would cross an ocean to see. It functions mainly as a residential and business satellite of the capital, with office parks and shopping centres rather than historic streets or museums of its own.

Be honest: there's little reason to base yourself here for sightseeing, since the Prado, the Reina Sofía and the Royal Palace are all a proper trip into central Madrid, not a stroll away. What it does offer is proximity to Madrid–Barajas airport and easier, cheaper parking than the city centre, which suits business travellers or anyone driving in and out rather than tourists chasing landmarks. Stay here if you need airport convenience or are visiting local offices; otherwise book in central Madrid and treat this as a place to pass through.
