Hotels near St. Ann's Church, Dawson Street

Bands of pale and darker stone stripe the front of St. Ann's Church, and its round-arched doorway opens straight onto the pavement of Dawson Street in the heart of Dublin. The street runs up towards St Stephen's Green, with Grafton Street a block to the west, and the Mansion House stands farther along the same side, so the church sits among the shops, offices and cafés of the city's Georgian south side. That patterned front, with its tiers of arches and carved detail, is the part to stop and study. Trains into Dublin Connolly put you north of the river, and Dublin Airport serves the city for those flying in. Stay in Dublin to see it for yourself.
