Hotels near Old Jameson Distillery

Red brick and old stonework frame the yard on Bow Street, where Jameson whiskey was distilled for generations before production moved away from the site. The buildings now house a visitor attraction, and guided tours lead guests through the craft of Irish whiskey making, from barley and copper pot stills to oak casks, before ending with a tasting at the bar. The complex stands in Smithfield, on the north bank of the Liffey, close to the open expanse of Smithfield Square. Rail travellers can use Dublin Heuston station, and Dublin Airport serves arrivals from abroad. Stay in Dublin to visit it.
